Since emerging on the Philly folk scene in 2005, singer-songwriter Chelsea Mitchell has become known for powerful vocals and
raw lyrical honesty. Her wide repertoire reflects many styles and eras, but most listeners compare her clear, expressive voice to songbirds of the seventies – namely, Joni Mitchell (no relation).
